Quick access to folders on your system may be a time saver. MedalFolders puts all your favorite places two clicks in the system tray.
MedalFolders After installation, open the main window of the tray icon and drag and drop your favorite folders to add. Once you have all the records created, you can access from the menu by clicking on the icon to open the files in a new Explorer window. The only problem I encountered while creating my MedalFolders records refused to recognize the system folders like My Documents if you drag from the location of my computer. To add, I had to find in the Windows directory structure and add from there. A small inconvenience, of course, but just be treated immediately. MedalFolders is freeware, Windows only.
What you have to do is to get an efficient and reliable defragmenter and spare some time to get it done. There is some good defragmentation software available on the internet. You can download one and try it for free.
